Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in illegal activities — Submit content or conduct sessions that facilitate fraud, money laundering, harassment, defamation, or any other activity that violates applicable law.
• Violate intellectual property rights — Submit proprietary information belonging to third parties without authorization, or use AI-generated output to infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets.
• Generate harmful content — Use the Service to produce content that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal discrimination.
• Circumvent security measures — Attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities in the Service, or bypass authentication or access controls.
• Impersonate others — Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.

You may not:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond documented and authorized API access.
• Submit artificially large volumes of requests designed to overload or degrade the Service for other users (denial-of-service behavior).
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service's software or infrastructure.
• Attempt to extract or replicate our AI prompt architecture, scoring logic, or proprietary algorithms.

Your account is for your individual use only. You may not share your login credentials with other people or organizations. Each user must have their own account. Sharing accounts to circumvent per-seat limits is a violation of this policy and our Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Attempt to access, view, modify, or delete data belonging to other users.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or session data.
• Intercept or attempt to intercept communications between the Service and other users.

If you discover a security vulnerability that could expose user data, please report it responsibly to support@venturecortex.com before disclosing it publicly.

The Service enforces rate limits per account tier to ensure fair access for all users:

• Pro: 25 sessions per month, 10 ventures, burst up to 2 at a time.
• Business: 75 sessions per month, unlimited ventures, burst up to 3 at a time.

Attempting to circumvent these limits through multiple accounts, credential sharing, or API abuse is a violation of this policy.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You must not submit:

• Personal data of third parties without their consent.
• Classified, export-controlled, or legally restricted information.
• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. If we determine a violation has occurred, we may:

• Issue a warning.
• Temporarily suspend access to the Service.
• Permanently terminate your account without refund.
• Report conduct to law enforcement where required or appropriate.
